Website content is general business and financial information. Reading the website, using a calculator or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a professional engagement.
Professional services
Any paid service begins only after scope, responsibilities, fees and applicable limitations are agreed in writing. Work requiring a separately licensed auditor, registered tax agent, lawyer or other regulated specialist must be performed by an appropriately authorised party.
