PRICING · UAE RESTAURANT FINANCE

Know the commercial starting point before the call.

Three recurring levels and one fixed-scope diagnostic. Final fees depend on outlets, entities, transaction volume, system quality and reporting depth — then we put the scope in writing.

FIXED-SCOPE ENTRY PRODUCT

Restaurant Profit Diagnostic — AED 4,500.

A focused review of where restaurant profit and cash are leaking. You keep the findings whether or not you retain us afterwards.

What we review

Revenue, COGS, food cost, labour, prime cost, delivery commissions and fees, discounts, outlet contribution, cash conversion and break-even sales.

What you receive

A written findings note showing the biggest profit leaks, what we can quantify in AED, what needs verification, and the actions in priority order.

What it costs

AED 4,500 fixed. Start with a free Profit Review first; we only recommend the diagnostic when the data and problem justify it.

DEFINED PROJECTS

Use project work when the problem has an end point.

We keep the public project list short. Complex work is scoped after we understand the outlets, systems and decision.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Why do you publish prices when most UAE accounting firms do not?

Because the alternative wastes everyone's time. A business with AED 4 million of revenue and three entities can see immediately whether we are in their range before booking a call. Firms that hide pricing usually do so because the fee depends on what they think you will pay, which is not a basis we want to work on.

Are these fixed fees or estimates?

The bands are indicative. The fee we quote after scoping is fixed, agreed in writing, and does not change unless the scope changes — in which case we tell you before we do the work, not after.

What drives the fee within a band?

Transaction volume, number of entities and bank accounts, payroll headcount, VAT complexity, reporting depth, the state of the current records, and the quality of your existing systems. Revenue is a weak predictor on its own; a AED 20 million trading business with 200 transactions a month is less work than a AED 6 million restaurant group with four outlets and daily settlement.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Recurring services are monthly with 60 days' notice either way. We do not use long lock-ins. If the service is not working, a notice period should not be the thing keeping you.

What does the diagnostic cost?

AED 4,500, fixed. It covers a review of your accounting quality, reporting, cash position, tax readiness and controls, and delivers a written findings note with prioritised recommendations. You own the note whether or not you engage us afterwards. If you do engage within 60 days, the fee is credited against the first month.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. The initial call is free and is genuinely a scoping conversation. If we think you do not need us yet, we will say so.

Are project fees separate from monthly fees?

Yes. Clean-ups, financial models, feasibility studies, audit preparation and finance function setup are quoted as fixed-fee projects separate from any recurring service.

What is not included?

Statutory audit (performed by an independent licensed audit firm), legal advice, formal representation before the FTA where a registered tax agent is required, regulated investment or corporate finance advice, and software licence costs. We tell you which of these you need and coordinate, but they are billed by the relevant party.
